Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At W W Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change or reschedule your appointment. However, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to offer support to other clients on our waiting list. Each appointment hour is a valuable opportunity for someone in need. Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines No Fee: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance without any fee. Late Cancellation (Less than 48 Hours’ Notice): If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment or do not attend your session, a fee equivalent to 100% of the session fee will be charged. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer that appointment to someone else who may be waiting for support.
