INCLUDES: 3-hours long Hypnotherapy-RTT session Personalised Transformation Recording (25 min) to be listended to everyday for 21 days 1 hour follow up session WHAT IS RTT? My personalised approach when working with you will help you reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which you have carried with you since childhood. Often, these have been so deeply buried in your subconscious that you are unaware of the past issues affecting you. By giving you the potential to alter the way they think and put an end to negative self-talk, you can approach life in a positive way and move forward. HOW DOES IT WORK? Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® goes beyond this and focuses on identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed. It then utilises the leading scientific principles of neuroplasticity to enable the creation of new neural pathways in the mind. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A SESSION? I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. We will together uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. I will then help you move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today. Once that has been achieved, I will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a PERSONALISED AUDIO MEDITATION I WILL RECORD FOR YOU to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Petra Samlow Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change or reschedule your appointment. However, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to offer support to other clients on our waiting list. Each appointment hour is a valuable opportunity for someone in need. Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines No Fee: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance without any fee. Late Cancellation (Less than 48 Hours’ Notice): If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment or do not attend your session, a fee equivalent to 100% of the session fee will be charged. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer that appointment to someone else who may be waiting for support. Thank you for respecting our policy and helping us continue to provide timely care to all our clients.
