Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on us, as they prevent other clients on the waiting list from taking advantage of an available appointment. We acknowledge that sometimes you may need to change or reschedule your appointment, and we kindly request 24 hours' notice. That appointment hour could mean the world to another person if adequate time has been given to reschedule the appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and a full fee will be applied for cancellation on the day of the appointment or no-show.
